Dr. Khalid Azzam

Dr. Khalid Azzam is an orthopedic surgeon located in Carmel, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and then received an extensive amount of additional training after graduation. He completed his residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, fellowship training at Rush University Medical Center, and a surgical internship back at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Azzam dedicates himself to help people achieve and maintain pain-free and active lifestyles through his work. He specializes in adult hip and knee joint reconstructions and has prior experience in a high-volume hip and knee replacement institution in Philadelphia, PA. Currently, Dr. Azzam is affiliated with the IU Health North and IU Health West Hospitals.
