This course is designed for early-career orthopaedic surgeons (PGY4 & PGY5, Fellows, and surgeons in their first three years of practice) to help them navigate the complexities of building a successful medical practice in a value-based care environment. The program aims to provide young surgeons with the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to advocate for themselves, reduce burnout, improve patient care, and excel in clinical decision-making.
