This educational symposium is designed for the
orthopaedic fellow who will soon be entering the practice
setting. Setting up or joining a practice brings challenges
to the junior partner. Experts who have been in various
settings will present tips on starting a practice, working
in an academic setting, building efficiency into a practice,
avoiding malpractice situations, working with industry
and being a successful junior partner. Content will also
focus on the latest surgical approaches to primary and
revision hip and knee surgery.
