Dr. Jay Kleeman

Dr. Jay Kleeman is an orthopedic surgeon located in Norwalk, CT. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, CT. He then completed his internship in categorical surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Systems. After that, he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery also at the University of Maryland Medical Systems in Baltimore. Following that, he then went on to complete his fellowship at the Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. He has received many awards throughout the years and he is currently affiliated with OrthoConnecticut, with offices in Norwalk, Westport, and Darien.
